Dream - 21.11.28 - Dr. Who/ Train

kimurhoI was taking a vacation, alone and incognito, on a sight-seeing train with a group of random tourists. Everything was going fine; we had already made several stops and were traveling on the empty moors - enjoying the scenery - when the schedule was disrupted and we were informed that we would spend more time on the moors than expected. Then the train stopped. Somehow, we found out that there was a strange illness affecting the world - people were dropping down dead in the streets after showing few or no symptoms - and the tour authorities were trying to figure out where to divert us so that we would avoid it ... but their personnel were also being affected and there were few to deal with the number of trains out.
As time went by, there were fewer and fewer stewards available - they were ill or dead. The engines were off, we were stranded.
I walked into the dining car to find that someone had wrenched a window open (no engine, no central air or fans?) and my fellow tourists were examining a bug that had flown in. It was a strange looking bug and when I looked at it, it ... flared in my sight.
Suddenly, I was the Doctor and I knew it was an alien creature and the source of the illness/deaths and that everyone onboard the train was now in danger. I took over and began giving orders - not that I remember any of them now.
I do recall that there was one very young man - mid-teens - who tried to leave the train and walk off into the moors. He had taken the tour because he was in love with a young lady on the train but she never even noticed him. He was well wrapped up for some particular reason, completely covered with no skin showing. I convinced him to stay because for whatever reason it was that he was dressed like that, he was our best hope of survival.
I am grateful that my subconscious has created protections against nightmares because this should have been a terrifying and frightening one triggered by the Hell House game last night.
Oh, and for the record, I was Doctor Ten.
